These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, features, content and functionality available through the 99an platform, including sports betting, live casino, slots, instant games, table games and all related account and payment services.
By registering an account, accessing the platform or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling policy, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 99an may close all associated accounts, void outstanding bets and forfeit balances in line with applicable anti-fraud procedures.
You confirm that you are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee or representative of any third party. Use of the platform on behalf of another person, whether with or without that person's knowledge, is not permitted.
When registering, you must provide accurate, complete and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address and any other details requested during the registration process. You undertake to keep this information up to date throughout the lifetime of your Account.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. 99an will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via the Help Centre or the contact details provided on this platform. We recommend enabling any two-factor authentication options offered within your Account settings.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and withdrawal processing rules.
The payment methods accepted by 99an are listed within the cashier section of your Account. References to familiar Pakistani payment services — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as contextual references only. Actual available deposit and withdrawal channels are confirmed at Account level at the time of transaction. 99an does not represent that it is affiliated with, endorsed by or operates under any arrangement with these payment providers.
Account balances may be denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) or another currency as specified at registration or in the cashier. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by the payment processor and may vary.
Minimum deposit amounts are displayed in the cashier at the time of transaction. These minimums may vary by payment method and are subject to change. Deposits below the stated minimum will not be processed.
99an reserves the right to verify the source of funds deposited into any Account. You confirm that all funds deposited are derived from lawful sources and that you are the authorised owner or user of the payment method used.
Withdrawal requests may only be submitted once all applicable KYC requirements have been satisfied. We reserve the right to request identity documents, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before processing any withdrawal, regardless of Account history.
Withdrawal processing times vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier at the time of request. 99an aims to process approved withdrawal requests promptly, but cannot guarantee delivery timeframes once funds have been dispatched to the payment processor.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are published in the cashier. Requests exceeding maximum single-transaction limits may be processed across multiple transactions at 99an's discretion.
Withdrawals will ordinarily be returned to the same payment method used for the most recent qualifying deposit. Where this is not possible, 99an will work with you to identify an alternative method subject to verification requirements.
All promotional offers published by 99an are subject to individual offer terms, which include wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum qualifying deposit amounts, time limits and any market or game restrictions. Offer terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been met in full. Different game types contribute to wagering requirements at different rates, as specified in the individual offer terms. Sports bets placed with bonus funds may be subject to minimum odds requirements.
99an reserves the right to void bonuses and any associated winnings where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of a technical error, collusion between accounts, or participation in matched-betting or arbitrage strategies specifically targeting promotional offers. Determination of bonus abuse rests with 99an and decisions are made in accordance with documented internal policy.
Unused bonus funds expire in accordance with the time limit stated in the individual offer terms. Expired bonus funds are removed from the Account Balance automatically and are not recoverable.
All bets are subject to acceptance by 99an. We reserve the right to refuse, limit or void any bet at our discretion, including bets placed on markets where we determine that there is evidence of irregular activity, odds errors or market manipulation.
A bet is not confirmed until you receive an on-screen confirmation and a bet reference number. Bets that do not generate a confirmation should be reported to support immediately. Placing duplicate bets due to an assumed non-confirmation is the User's responsibility.
Where a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds — including but not limited to pricing errors, feed failures or system faults — 99an reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake. Winnings generated from odds errors are not payable.
A bet may be declared void in the following circumstances, among others: the event is cancelled or abandoned; the event does not commence within a specified time of the scheduled start; a technical error affects market integrity; or the selection is withdrawn before the event starts. In all void-bet cases, the original stake is returned to the Account Balance.
Live in-play markets for cricket, PSL fixtures, ICC tournaments, football, UFC and other sporting events are subject to additional rules governing late bets, stream delays and market suspension. Bets placed after the relevant in-play event has concluded — due to stream delay or otherwise — may be voided at our discretion.
Maximum payout limits per single bet, per day and per sporting event apply and are published in the sports-betting rules section of the platform. Where a winning bet exceeds the applicable maximum payout, the payout will be capped at the stated maximum.

Limit reductions take effect immediately. Limit increases are subject to a mandatory reflection period before they become active. Self-exclusion requests are processed without friction and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 99an platform:
Where prohibited conduct is identified, 99an reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close the Account, void all outstanding bets, withhold any balance pending investigation and, where required by law, report the matter to relevant authorities.
All content on the 99an platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, interface design, software, game assets and data compilations — is the proprietary property of 99an or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the 99an platform without prior written authorisation.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 99an shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data or loss of goodwill.
99an does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components. We will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible, but accept no liability for losses arising from unscheduled downtime.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
99an reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will provide notice via the registered email address on your Account and/or via a platform notification with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure in accordance with Clause 4.4.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 99an holds its operating licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be referred to the competent authority or arbitration body specified in the operator's licence framework.
For Users accessing the platform from Pakistan: you acknowledge that online gambling may be restricted under Pakistani law, including the Prevention of Gambling Act 1977. 99an makes no representation that access from Pakistan is lawful and accepts no liability arising from your decision to access the platform from a jurisdiction where doing so may be restricted.
